    It has nowhere to go but up sadly :(
    I only have the 2002 one so far... I got it for $45.. and I thought that was a decent price :/

    I thought that I read somewhere (awhile back) that the only coins that would be allowed into an IRA program would be bullion coins (business strike) and not proof coins (which are considered collectibles). Did they change the rules?

    Here's the actual law, the only requirement is in regard to purity that I can see.
