Just got this in the mail today.

I know how you guys love doing Commemorative GTG's (o_O), I knew I had to get this up as soon as possible. ;)

My pics aren't the greatest (rushed/experimental), so I'm also including seller's pics (2nd set).
Color is truer in seller's photos, and is just a tad more golden.

I’m not good at Commemoratives and the toning makes it hard to see the coin but I went MS-62 on it.

I'm not familiar with this issue so I don't know if the reverse is wear or weak strike. Since I don't see wear on the obverse, I'm going to say the reverse is very weakly struck. I don't see any distracting marks, so I'm going to say MS-62.

What a tough coin to grade from photos. I’ll go with MS63. I like the original surfaces, Looks like something CAC would like too.

MS 63....I don't think there is any wear, it's a bit crusty, and overall it looks nice

I know this issue comes weakly truck but this example seems especially weakly struck, especially as noted by @Publius2 on the reverse. It's hard to see through the toning but the fields look good, so I think it's definitely MS. I, personally, am not a huge fan of the toning but this may be the photos. I can't tell about the luster, which makes grading the coin tough. I'll go MS63.

I think commems with this look often get graded MS62.
I'm probably well off the mark...

If your pics are "rushed/experimental," you're doing pretty good...!

I'm at Ms-63 CAC assuming poor strike of reverse.

I wavered between 63 and 64. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and threw my dart at 64.

I am sure that this coin is in a Mint State holder, but I don’t think it’s Unc. This issue does come flat struck on the highest points of the first portrait and more so on the eagle on the reverse. Having said that, those points look to be flatly struck and rubbed to me. The toning complicates things, especially when you are grading from photos.

My guess is that it’s in an MS-61 holder. My “real grade” is AU-58.

I'll piggy back on John's post above, but I've seen heavily toned coins such as this one, graded at MS66, if the appearance of wear is just a weak strike. On this coin, the eagle looks worn to me, not just a weak strike. JMHO
