Who should we put on the latest Nickel Obverse. I leave it for the poll. The Reverse will be a single rose with a huming bee. You might have to google some of these names

I see a common running theme between your choices...
I don't care what they replace the *NICKEL* obverse with as long as they remove that hideous abomination of Zombie Jefferson.

The common theme is that they were all "kept" women of prominent political figures.

Keep Jefferson but get rid of the current design!

I concur with this... though I think it might also be interesting if the designers would put some new rendition of Lady Liberty on the obverse...
All the old coins used to have lady liberty and now the only current coins that have her (besides platinum and rhodium) are the ASE & AGE. Just saying... I'd like to see a nickel that hearkens back to older designs, they were so much cooler back then :D

Jefferson was a hot headed utopian who nearly dragged us into an uneeded war.
    Sally Hemings was OK though

I agree. I'd love to see new designs with Lady Liberty.

Return to the original, basic profile of Jefferson, 1938 to 2003 or 2004, whatever it was...and quit messing with our coins at every whim and political opportunity to make money by appeasing all factions, etc. I did like the state quarters, but it opened a Pandora's box of seemingly never-ending changes that I've not liked...my opinion, an older traditionalist.

Yeah, I am ok with that but make it something worth collecting.

    I voted Monica Lewinsky.
IDB's would sell like hot cakes.
