How do I go about removing sensitive information from a post?

If you cannot simply edit the post, then I'd recommend reporting it to a moderator.

 

OK. How do I edit my post?

 

The edit button is to the left of the report button. The edit button is only visible for 144 minutes after you originally make a post. If you are unable to edit your post, then you should contact a moderator.

 

Click on the blue ‘edit’ button at the bottom of your post. You have an hour after posting to do so.

You may want to click on the "report" link at the bottom of the post to put it in the queue for the moderators to review if it is too late to edit yourself.
