can anyone suggest a reputable dealer on e-bay in regards to purchasing one ounce silver bars? Or even a manufacturer of silver bars. I bought two from a pawn shop locally but would like to buy more that are not way above spot price.:smile

P.S. been looking on ebay also. Are there mintage numbers on those bars quite a few say "rare".

I can't really pinpoint one seller that's good, I just buy whenever I find the best price to be honest

Bullion Direct has a thing called a nucleo exchange which is very similar to an auction. I've bought a 10oz bar a couple of dollars over spot + a 1% fee.

You need to determine whether you want low mintage bars or regular bullion. You might need a completely different dealer list for each.

I've bought a number of 1 oz and 10 oz silver bars (Silvertowne), and ASEs, from a eBay seller ss_ktsh_ss (Midwest Silver Co.) and been very pleased -- extremely fast shipping. They must be associated with the Silvertowne mint (which is mostly what they sell) because they are located in the same town in Indiana.

thanks for the info, I'll take a look and see if I can get some deals. How much over spot have you been paying?
