I am brand new here and don't know where to post this. I am just wondering this is a cladding issue. It is dirty, but I do see copper shining through especially on the obverse.

 

It's environmentally damaged.

 

Clad is composed of Cupro-Nickel.. Copper and Nickel mixed together. After a long time of environmental exposure the copper tones.
Not a mint error.

 

That SBA $ looks like chocolate
There's no 'mouthwatering' emoji or else I would have used it.
