Going through my change tonight and found this.

The coin being off-center started me looking, then I saw the cuds on the left mid rim and going up past GOD
    Obverse 1.jpg
Then My eye went to the date, where the last 9 in 1999 is almost missing. Then noticed the "IB" in LIBERTY is extremely weak
The "G" in GOD is also extremely weak

Cud by LIBERTY with a weak "IB"

You can start to see how off-set the strike was and the last "9" is a whisper

I went to Variety Vista and found there was no DDO's for that year from the Philidelphia mint. But there are known examples for DDR's for that date and mint so I took a look. It seems very close to some of the known DDR's but this might be something new.

Any Idea on what this might be worth since there is soooo much going on with this coin?

Sorry Dave, the coin has circulation damage and has environmental damage. It is slightly mad (misaligned die) on the obverse.

Sorry but they're just hits... To make you feel better go to my "I'm happy" thread that I posted today... I accidentally spent $50 on a fake confederate dollar bill

The most interesting thing going on with your coin to me is the grease filled die on the outer most devices. The date especially. But the coin is heavily damaged. My advice, put it in a flip and mark it 'greaser' for the grease filled die. But you will find a better specimen over time, so eventually that may go back into circulation. What ever you decide.
