"Hafen und Hamburg" - port and [city of] Hamburg. Nice specimen! I have one but not as nice looking as yours, @expat. That '800 years' gives me goose bumps - 800 years as of 1989. In 1189, neither South nor North America was even imagined by Europeans.

When I was a younger man, there was a tavern in Milwaukee, near Mitchell Field, that was called the Port of Hamburg. Thanks for the bringing up the good memories!

Hey, @1stSgt22! Nice coins. I particularly like that Libyan one.

Since the last coin posted was the Isle of Mann by expat, the next coin posted should be from a issuing country or state that is adjacent to or reachable in a direct line over water from the Isle of Mann. Since the coin immediately preceding expat's was Ireland, our only real option is England-Great Britain-UK. Maybe Scotland, too. Neither Panama nor Libya are reachable from Isle of Mann without intersecting another country. Sorry it didn't work out!

So, from the Isle of Mann, I'll take us to Great Britain-United Kingdom with this penny dated 2000, which I found in a Coinstar machine on December 30, 2020.

I've been fixated by U.S. commemorates recently. So, without further ado, a 1995, Denver Mint one dollar commemorating the 100th anniversary of the modern Olympics conducted in Atlanta, as well as the Paralympics.
