    This was minted in Etruria - fairly bad photo' of Cr. 106/3c - Staff denarius.

    Obv. Helmeted head of Roma right, X behind
    Rev. The Dioscuri riding right, staff below; legend in linear frame in exergue

    Mint: Etruria (ca 212-195 BC)

    Achaemenid empire Siglos (400-300bc). Not sure about the emperor. This chunky nugget weighs 5.4 grams!

    Looks like this Samanid coin overlapped with much of Persia, hopefully it is a good match.

    72hr rule? Here is a coin I've had for a few years but always was suspicious of the coin due to the calligraphy and weight/size not matching up to known varieties in Hartill's CCC and Zeno.ru, but I finally posted it to a group on FB and was reassured by several people that it is authentic, merely worn. I suppose it is a more uncommon variety given the lack of this calligraphy variety online, but I'm really not too sure.

    Coins look similar.. I have mine as Jupiter... but I am wrong as much as I am right.
