Curious I’m rather surprised at both of these one looks like it was smashed and is oval and big but the details don’t look smashed or smudged edges kinda do though! And the other has a dark jagged line thru middle of Lincoln’s face and body like some odd substance was in Planchet when it was stamped and coin is missing a lot of outer edge details! 138CD303-9C46-4EC5-A284-8F5191D65BAA.jpeg D7F1876A-7E05-49B4-AC5C-8A3EDA45AD0B.jpeg 3F85E689-0812-43F4-B39A-5E15936F95B1.jpeg 1BFC86D7-A5DC-433E-B6FD-1F38D5413201.jpeg 9A41B596-B9EA-4C50-B383-A1DA4F4CC3AE.jpeg

I’m confused..... two different coins.... start with one coin and show the whole coin obverse and reverse and point out what your ask about it.... and then do the same with the second. But need pics of the whole coins!

I'm a bit confused too. But by the date on the first pics (I'm no expert in mint errors) it looks like it's struck through grease.

I'm on the 'I'm confused' bandwagon too.
Too much going on here with not enough pix.
Focus on one coin, one issue (or multiple on one coin), and full image pix of both obv and rev.

IMO the 2016 D cent is what's called a "Texas Cent". There have been several threads on this. Here's one from last December: https://www.cointalk.com/threads/2006-lincoln-penny.351678/#post-3944766. Use "Texas Cent" in the search bar if you want to see more.
Photos of both sides of the 1st coin (199?) you listed would be helpful in determining what you have. From the pics you posted I can't tell anything.

Ok - call me confused too (or call me ChuckB (or, if you're a babe, just call me (but DON'T call me late for breakfast ;) ) ) ).

    Looks like greased die hit...

I would put it in a flip and keep it. I have a box of stuff like this I pull out of circulation. Memorial cents struck through grease go for maybe a few bucks on ebay, so they aren't usually worth grading, but it is a cool mint error IMO. They are reasonably common, so not super rare.

Other than what @bditto39 said, I would add very worn and possibly a die crack or planchet defect from the top of Lincoln's head to his shoulder. I'm not an expert so I would wait for other's opinions.
    Ask @Fred Weinberg; @desertgem; @furryfrog02; et al.

    Those other guys are sleeping..

It is just a worn die strike. The Cent was struck through compated grease. Nothing really major. I have seen so many of them I just toss them back into circulation.
