There definitely appears to be doubling on the words, but its probably mechanical doubling. We hope you didn't buy it! The doubling you see on those coins can be very deceiving. The above members described what you have. To the untrained eye you would think you hit the jackpot! It takes time. Keep studying and learning. Whenever you feel like you know everything, be ready for something to come along and slam you. I've been continuously collecting and reading everything I can about numismatics and the minting process for almost 50 years.
