Great coin - yours is actually pretty heavy at 26 grams for one of these countermark issues. The DV re-values the coin to a dupondius, this being done on lightweight, usually "unofficial" sestertii of Claudius. Note that the countermark came with a notch at 3 o'clock (yours is at 2 o'clock, but I think it is the same mark). jamesicus is an expert on these (as noted above by Justin L).
