Most members recognize you for your "insults", not your "input". You made your bed...

Because... that's what you do in a DISCUSSION forum? And this is a discussion forum, not a curated frequently-asked-questions list.

We understand that you have opinions on how things should be done. If you think you can convince others here that you're right, then perhaps that itself is a worthwhile topic for discussion... in a separate thread. ;)

To @myownprivy You need to listen to what @Johndoe2000$ and @jeffb are saying. They are so correct. That is why a number of members ignore your threads. If you weren't so attackful others would respond.

They do, do they? My likes to posts ratio is pretty stellar, so I will not worry too much about those simple minded folks who ignore me because they can't handle dissenting opinions.

Some of you old timers just sit around here patting each other's backs day after day telling each other how wonderful you all are. Isn't that what wives and mothers are for? Why is this absurdity happening on a bullion subforum?!

Nothing like adding fuel to the fire. Couldn't you just let it go?

Who would even take the time to think about their likes to post ratio...someone needs to get out in the real world just a bit more.

Simple minded folks. that's nice Privy, thank u much.. for the compliment... is that all you got. You done this earlier in the week and you got Mr. 9ball and other well known members talking about your dislike about OLD TIMERS posting pics of their stellar collections... Your an educated intelligent person you need to work on your delivery to others. that's all.

I prefer world silver, followed by older US coins (readable dates, nothing newer than say 1947). I also collect a few series of 1 oz and 2 oz art rounds, but I don't consider that part of my silver stack - rather a separate collection.

  15. Must there be such disagreement about threads ? Sometimes I post mostly just read others post . I find every thing of interest . Lets try to be adult about all things .

For just bullion I like Maple Leaves and US Liberty ounces, but also Mexican Libertads. But I am always interested in a new designs--like this Russian 3 Ruble piece for the centenary of the Oriental Art Museum. Curiously, the pointillist background image on the obverse is much more evident in the picture than it is in the hand. But with only 3000 pieces struck, I guess one shouldn't call it bullion.

I've also noted that Australian lunars, particularly in two-ounce coins, can appreciate rapidly--at least if you're trying to buy a specific year as a gift. But I think the Kangaroos are also attractive. AU1oz2016Kangaroo.jpg AU2Oz2006YrDog.jpg

And, there are Ancient collectors who have me beaten by a mile.

Why don't you come back when you've broken the all-time record or when you've matured a bit.
