Ah! I forgot about the Mercury/Prow series. Silly me... They are hard to photograph. I have another, a smaller Semi-uncia (Sydenham 87) but it was even more of a challenge. Semi-libral /aes AE sextans. 205-195 BCE 30.2 grams. Two pellets above head of Mercury / ROMA above prow of ship. Sydenham 85. Grueber 59. Sear RCV 93.

Mercury on a cast sextans. My first sextans, Cr 35.5, did not look very good in the seller's pics or in hand, but it was inexpensive - 100 E plus vig. My second one was a bit more expensive and looked a lot better.
