If you really want to get in to Bullion bars check out this site, it has everything ! https://allengelhard.com/ They have most refiners listed there including JM.
I love the old loaf bars. I used to snatch these up every time they came in my local brick and mortar back in the day. Thank you for the link! At the moment, I am a bit occupied collecting early English and Irish copper patterns, so it will be some time before I even contemplate buying bulk silver. When I do, that website will be super helpful.
At what weight in silver would you consider a major player in the silver market? I think I could find a few small spaces between my 1 ounce sized bars to fit those into my collection, IF you want to cash in on your investment windfall Anything special on the Back of those small JM bars??
Yeah, i really like the poured bars as well ! the uniqueness of the process And the cooling rings can bring some really cool designs
I have 3 1g bars that were given to me. They're very small! LOL. But I find all the details inscribed on them fascinating and still look at them from time to time. I always wanted to weigh them just to double check but never got around to it. The photo is a bit blur.
I can’t say I have put any thought into the threshold to be considered a significant player. I have a friend with north of a million tied up in precious metals and he doesn’t consider himself a major player. Given that, I have no idea. I’m sure these little guys would like even smaller next to a once bar. I appreciate the offer, but I plan to hold on to them for now. Hmmm, I think the 1 gram bar has a bunch of small JM logos in a pressed pattern on the back. If memory serves, the others are blank.
Apparently, there were eight. https://www.bing.com/search?q=uss+e...4p*pr7ZpKtQUlD7JBHQxQlrAQ7RdCR!R!i2Fb&plvar=0 Chris
