I saw the title and wondered what is a collar cud. I've look and I knew it was a rim cud. The collar is part of the minting process that creates the rim. You have a nice rim cud as previously stated.
@Heavymetal This is a Collar Cud or Collar Die Break You can't see it to well in the slav picture but they do attribute it.. From my collection -
