After a few weeks of spending all my free time on yard work (ugh) I had a spare moment this morning to rephotograph this 1938, last shown in post #4168.

Are these worth keepinng

 

On the fence with this one.
Does the last numeral 1 look suspicious?
And or the S ?

 

The 3 looks more suspicious than either of the 1s. But it still looks pretty decent when comparing to mine. But I will defer to other more experienced folks.

 

Robecs are nicely toned. But to answer your question these cents are known for quick and for the most part odd toning.
The ones in my set look like this.

 

Looks like Abe was sitting too close to the fire.

 

My favorites.

 

There is no premium on the 1945 Lincoln. Over a billion were minted. As with most things, what makes them valuable is condition, condition, condition. Millions were saved in much better condition than this particular coin. They are fun to save and collect.

 

That's what it's all about. I save all kinds of stuff if I think it's fun.

 

New guy loving this treasure surching of coins! Need a lil help tho. Not sure if this 1968 D or 1959 D is good enough for gradeing?

 

Nice common cents not worth grading.
