The $490 Box of Half Dollars

Has anyone had this happen to them? The box was sealed and opened by me personally. It was one roll short. The bottom layer had 24 instead of 25 rolls. I politely called the bank and the manager said they would file a complaint with Brinks. I’m not sure if that will result in a $10 credit or not. See the photo below.

Did you find any silver ?

 

All of the silver was in the missing roll.

 

Yes, the same thing happened to me once except it was a Loomis box.
