Doing that is against forum rules, and everybody knows it - except new members who do not read the read the rules. Please do that for your own benefit.

Hey GDJMSP, where are the rules. I can't find them anywhere. I really want to make sure I don't break another rule.

So I read the rules, and I saw the infractions part. Am I allowed to post the link to my eBay page on the part that says "Profile Posts"? I just want to make sure I don't break any more rules.

It's kinda hard to miss them I thought -

    Second line down.

Under exceptions, A, it says -

    Exceptions –

A - If you are a coin dealer or you occasionally sell coins, or you own a web site or business that sells coins, you may have a link to your web site or contact information in your Personal Profile.

    So yes, you can.

The rules are fairly straightforward if you just slow down and read them as opposed to skimming them quickly. But by all means ask questions when in doubt. The rules also say -

    6 – Signature lines

Signature lines may contain a link to a website which you own or otherwise control, or of your employer. And only links - no text. Signatures are not to be used for advertising pitches. They can however be used for informational statements which reflect your character, or other tasteful information about yourself or your coin collection. Signature lines may never contain political comments be they endorsements and/or derogatory in nature.

And then there are the advertising sections where members may make posts regarding buying, selling, and trading. They are found here -

Bottom of the picture. But make sure you read the rules there as well. The posts containing the rules for those sections are found at the top of each page, 1st threads in each list.
