Oh, I am positive it will be at least $50 over melt. I think their last gold 1/10th was selling for $187 hopefully gold goes down on 2/8 but we'll see. I have the cheddar today but maybe not next week.

As is so often the case, people have grumbled about the design. I don't mind it. Is it one of my absolute favorites? Well, no, but I don't think it's bad. Most of the criticism I've heard leveled at it seems not to be so much a racist thing as the fact that people think the stars around her head are too large. Well, why not, I say? Dare to be different. It's original, and I give it points for that. And the eagle on the reverse ain't bad, either.

Yeah, I complained about that headband and the stars being too big. I don't think the 1oz coin sold very well but the little one will probably sell. The shame is they're mintage is set at 135,000, that's more of a turn off to me than anything else. We'll see what happens. Plus I just bought 3 more Daniel Carr designs, so that really tightens up the budget.

I don’t think it’ll sell very well. Every product they’ve used this design on whether gold or silver has been a bust and this is now something like the 4th thing they’ve used the same recycled design.

I think the design on the 1/10 Oz Liberty is pretty cool! It would have been nice to get the 1 Oz coin, but it was too expensive for me. I might get the 1/10 just to add to my collection. I did get the silver 1oz medal though, and was not disappointed. The size of the stars were a bit big but the fact it was original, like @lordmarcoven mentioned, was what I can appreciate about this piece.

    I was hoping they'd have a 1/2 oz or at least a 1/4 oz
My eyes aren't what they used to be and a 1/10th requires some magnification.
