Looked like a pretty strong move for both gold and silver today.

It’s all about the Treasury rearranging the deck chairs. Buying long bonds to stop the desire of holders to sell US debt (Japan)
Enjoy the sun deck. Don’t worry about the ship.

I heard something in passing today about a weaker dollar showing today. Not that I regard that as good news or anything…..

Kitco's charts showed it just barely brushing $70 earlier this morning, back down now to $69.50. Still a substantial jump.

    Gold's up over 2%, currently at $4610.

Even with interest rates ticking up today to 4.737 % 10 year, silver is holding early gains and swings up. It’s not just speculation anymore.
Supply/demand in a 6 year worldwide deficit is a tailwind
Still holding most of my physical
Maybe I’ll sell some error finds. Collectors gotta be getting giddy

Silver rounds at the rock, gem and fossil show were an average of over $75.00 per round. Sone dealers wanted over $80.00. There were a few Morgan Dollars in low grade and they were more. The sign turned me off first.

He's really singing about a car (a useless depreciation expense) but you can visualize a load of Zombucks. :)

Monday could be interesting. Doesn't appear that Bessent's dog & pony show is selling too well.

It made it over $70.00 an ounce on Friday but it closed below that price. Maybe next week it will close above that mark.

Anything can happen and usually does in the topsy-turvy silver market.

Oh yeah, yeah, the 3D chess we're playing. Now might be a good time to spring the master stroke?
