    Hello everyone,
This morning I started detecting at 6AM. I anticipated the heat later on so my goal was to find at least 1 silver coin then head home!
I detected Mccarren Park in Brooklyn NYC..

I found a 1944 Winged Liberty Head Dime around 9AM and a few other goodies.

Is that the first half cent you’ve ever found? It’s a little hotter north of me and the humidity is way down from yesterday. It was in the eighties 24 hours ago, 50% this morning and now it’s only 39%. Glad you went early though. Nice finds and you found your silver. :)

Drink plenty of water and don't stop until you find the Mother Lode paddy. Just kidding, heat can be very dangerous you did the right thing, congrats on your finds.
