I had the pleasure of shaking Mr. Csonka’s hand 3 times. When he was at Syracuse University he was invited to attend my high school’s athletic awards banquet. He presented each award, personally. When I walked up to receive my third award, he just kept shaking my hand. Huge man, huge hands. He didn’t let go. I couldn’t get away. All 125 lbs of me.
He said I must be quite an athlete. I wish.
