Well you will find that certain people like to go to threads to cause chaos and run the hole under their nose because they have little else in life. The have no interest in the coins posted in the thread, a true debate, or anything similiar. I assume just werent held enough or maybe too much when kids. So now need the excess attention. Get more attention from posting negative trash and from the people who respond to them than from posting their own stories or their own coin posts.

Actually i rarely see several of the 4 post anything of their own but they have alot of input on most threads mostly not positive or constructive.

I see the word "Silver" is spelled out on the MS 69 but not on the MS 65....interesting

I don't care what others collect. If they want to buy fake stuff, that's fine with me. I don't think anything fake is going to hold value long term.

Did anyone notice that the OP titled this thread as a 1964 D Morgan while the object of his OP has no Denver mint mark. I guess he already had the true collectible (Carr) on the brain ;)

It's funny how you, Cascade, little Charlie, and of course Bellman - who exists only to hear himself talk - all have me on "ignore" yet have an interesting habit of bringing me up in threads. If life is so much simpler without me, why bother?

What's the over/under on when NGC will start grading Carr pieces? Or does some jabroni need to write a book on them first?

It's too risky for them. If someone beings a case against Carr, (unlikely as that may be), they wouldn't want their brand associated. Besides, it would only bring them a few thousand coins in business. Chump change for them. Probably not worth having a new holder designed, marketing it, etc. IMO, anyway.

Based on what? The "having deeper pockets than ANACS" theory? Besides, have you seen the tiny pops on other exonumia NGC does slab?

Yes, I thought about the civil war tokens etc. But "based on what?".... based on what I said. Not a ton of business, cost vs reward, and potential for being associated with controversy.

Yeah my thread that was derailed! And it was about engraving on Morgan dollars that then turned into hobo nickels lol.
