I have an ASE on my desk all the time because they are so nice to look at (the one I cleaned last month). I like AGEs too.
SWEET! I had forgotten about that thread. I just went back and looked. You vastly improved the appearance of that ASE.
Thanks, it's easy. You don't want to strip the ASE surface so the EZest is diluted something like 1:10. Spot roll it on the coin with a Qtip on the spots, watch it improve (you can literally watch it improve) and then moving water to flush the ezest off. I can still improve it but good enough for now.
Some silver still has collector value I see. I bought some of these because I like sailing ships. they were $76 each on 11/29/2020 when I bought mine (checked my US MIint acct). But $365 on Provident ? quite a bit above spot which is what I was expecting.
hmmmm ... now i'm going to have to check if I have other "Mayflower" coins as this was the first Mayflower coin I came across looking. I did find that design above but it was a 1/4 Gold coin, not silver.
