I should be getting a really big dividend check any decade now for all the investments I made in the chee-drins future since 1972.
I can see where it really paid off.

 

As it's always been. When you came into the world old people were complaining about how life wasn't what it used to be.

 

Hey, me too! Problem is, the throttle's stuck at one second per second, and the steering is really, really stiff, so it's pretty much straight forward 24/7.

 

Old people (and now me) have always complained about the new generations. However, Governor DeSantis has hinted he might get rid of property taxes for homesteaders in Florida. Upon looking at how our property taxes have been spent on schools and the existing results, I'm inclined to be "all in".

 

Good luck. Seems as though whenever the government cuts a tax they figure out some other way to get it back out of you.

What will end up happening is that second homes (not protected by homestead protections) will skyrocket and the travel industry will taxed even more. I have no problems with the latter.
