I may have jumped the gun on that one. It flooded the internet. I am not here posting YouTube videos, or spewing BS. I call it like I see it, cause I got skin in the game:)

The current price really hits home when you go to make a purchase:)

You think thats bad, Australians are now paying $100 or more per oz :. It's expensive to stack Down under!

    Google
As of mid-December 2025, the price for 1 oz of silver in Australia is hovering around A$98 to A$100, depending on the dealer and whether you're buying or selling, with spot prices near A$99/oz, but actual product prices (coins/bars) range from about A$108 (selling) to A$127 (Perth Mint) due to premiums and buy-back differences.

I’ve been buying for many years, back when it was under $5.00 an ounce. I still have all of it. If I want cash, I sell silver coins in my antique shop. :)

Deep down, we all knew there would come a day, when we would all say

"I should have bought more" :)

You always have the option of trading up some silver for gold. I am waiting for the gold to silver ratio to collapse more myself,
    to do just that.

Here's an example of the wealth you already possess. The current gold to silver ratio is 65:1
So 65 silver coins is equal to one ounce of gold
    65 x $5 per oz silver~ (your original investment) = $325
Excellent job!!!!!! Sure it took awhile from $5 to current price of $65, but you made out like a bandit.

You can Trade up/ convert your original $325 investment and gains into 1 Oz of gold at the current ratio. Your initial investment was only $325 yet it's worth is an ounce of gold today.

The numbers only get more mind boggling as the ratio decreases.

Even if you bought a couple years ago you can still trade up the initial investment and gains to get gold 3 to 5 times cheaper than anyone else (depending upon your cost average)
When I started stacking in late
    2019 early 2020 the ratio was124:1

Yeah. But I've also lived through long periods where I say "I should've sold when it was so high".

Some of the stuff I bought in 2011? Yeah, I'm no longer underwater on it - but it's taken until this year for that to be true. That money could've been doing a lot more for me in the interim if I'd put it elsewhere.

And I certainly do expect to see silver back under $50. Probably back under $30 sometime in the next few years. I just don't know how high it will go first, or how long the inevitable dip will last.

What did I miss on the CFTC emergency meeting??
I was distracted by Grand Jury duty...I didn't get picked, so I may have to go buy Lottery tickets with the $12 windfall.

I was buying at $4/oz in the late 1990s.

for ASE I was paying $16.63 (spot was $14.39 when bought ) just in Order Date: November 28, 2018
    upload_2025-12-19_15-30-3.png

Instead of 7 ASEs, now I can get 1-1/2 oz of generic silver ...
