I didn't believe this until I looked at completed sales on eBay. The sellers that are doing auctions are losing out, buy it nows are selling over $300 a roll, just like you say. Wow. I'm not sure if this is a testament of the value of silver or just how worthless fiat dollars are now.
It's fun watching our collection of coins & PM grow in value. Giving the state of the world today (in all aspects) I see no reason for the price increase to stop. What's concerning is the trade off. The trade off of the world and society (in all aspects) going down equally in value, simultaneously. There's always a catch. Duality sucks!
I know what you mean. My GOLD mutual fund since March has gone up 65% .. a tad bit more than inflation, maybe ....
If the last "economic shutdown" was any example ... don't forget Toilet Paper !! From being a "realistic prepper" since the 1980's And seeing multi-week blackouts, etc etc .... I have yet to see any store accept silver or gold as payment for anything, at least in the larger metro areas. TP, water, and gasoline were at the top of ppl's lists.
What have I done, sweet Jesus What have I done Become a thief in the night Become a dog on the run Have I fallen so far And is the hour so late That nothing remains But the cry of my hate The cries in the dark That nobody hears Here where I stand At the turning of the... sell-off point for silver
lol. Is it you or Randy that has a warehouse of collectible coins? I get you two confused sometimes, because I'm old. I can't come up with a better reason.
