Not so, one end of the description is upside down. That was down do not matter how you see it you can read it. Lol
It’s a wheel balancing weight. https://www.harborfreight.com/1-4-q...-uonbBqH3y_dZMKn7E_c88VOH-N-tzDkaAnaQEALw_wcB
Now I suppose my next logical question is why/how such a relatively tiny weight makes a difference when balancing a big wheel?
They're normally only a little out of balance, I'd guess...? I'd only heard of lead wheel weights. I'm glad they're using something a little more environmentally friendly, I guess, but I wonder how well they'll hold up against road salt and everything. I see that you can also get zinc weights, which would offer galvanic protection as well as balancing, but would lose weight over time as they did the galvanic-protection job...
Well phooey... I was gonna blow the tire balancing weight out because it didn't have a clip to attach to the rim (I did a short stint as a tire guy many decades ago).... Having just Googled images, yes it does appear that is a balancing weight. Now I wanna know how it is attached to the wheel!!
