My wife got free (kind of) micro silver!

Her employer does trivia games, name that song, and other competition type things every so often with a small reward to the winner. Most rewards are $20 amazon gift cards (which they don't let you stack them up to 40, 60, 80, etc) and she's run out of things she actually wants in that range from Amazon.

She mentioned to me how she's got no desire for cheap, worthless trinkets from Amazon and she's losing interest in the lone "fun" part of her job. Well... I've introduced her to starting a micro stack of free bullion! I found this stuff with about 2 minutes of searching. And sure, it's incredibly overpriced, but it's free to her!

It came with a cute little pouch that I told her could easily be worth over $100 once she wins some more contests and claims her free silver! Just wanted to share here because I think free silver is the best kind of silver! 20250104_194451.jpg 20250104_194538.jpg 20250104_194558.jpg

Silver is silver and free is the best. Sounds like a great way to stack Amazon gift cards. I mean silver. :)

I saw another option there for 5 (I think it was 5) Roosevelt silver dimes for under $20, but I thought this might interest her more. A dime is a dime and boring (regardless of the silver content when dealing with the uninitiated) but these little things are cute (right up here alley) and .999 purity.

And yeah, stacking Amazon gift silver cards is something I actually envy!!

If she bought the dimes just have her fill a dime tube or a roll. It’s only 50 coins and a roll of them is worth in excess of $150.00 if not more. I haven’t checked in quite some time. I just have too many.

As of today all the sources I find say 1 gram pure silver tallies at 96 cents USD.
32 of those little tiny coins in the OP would be close to a full troy ounce…they are cute.
Computations were made with a silver price of $29.85 (04Jan25).
