Yes, really all the moderns that the big boys sell especially with the more recent dates they buy in bulk and have bulk graded.

some of those below 69 and 70 are still graded and labeled "GEM BU" (i think anything 65-68)

The way I understand bulk grading with modern silver coins for the big boys (MCM, JM Bullion?, etc) is you sell the 69s at cost of silver + slabbing cost and you make money with the 70s, which have +30% premium upwards. The chance of you getting a 69 vs a 70 is about 70-30% from my experience with NGC. I recently slabbed around 150 coins bought and collected in original mint packaging over the years with them and that's the ratio that I got

That is an option that they have though seems to be a more popular route with NGC coins just from what seems to be out there. Not sure if that is just because of who is submitting or if PCGS doesn't really like doing that anymore.

The 70s are absolutely the money makers, and more specifically the 70s that are first to market with a lot of the ultra modern stuff. Even their price usually falls some over time though there certainly are exceptions. 69s may even be sold for a loss as they buy enough coins they just worry about the total revenue of the lot not the individual coins. Generally the quality is good enough that the percentage of 70s they know ahead of time give or take a few percentage points either way with the bulk amounts they send in, occasionally something falls short but usually that is made up for with a larger premium on the 70s.

70 percent sounds about right for a lot of stuff now, I'd expect a new monster box of ASEs to be 60-70 percent give or take some. One from the 80s or 90s though depending on the date I might not expect a single one
