Howdy folks, It's tough to be a moderator on good days, what with ads, hacks and jerks. However, at times like these it's a brutal job. I no longer regularly post but when I did it was so hard for me to not 'tinge' my posties with political commentary. We all tend to do it. On the one hand, political events can have an impact on bullion and even coin prices in general. That's pertinent. Alas and alack, how to talk about it without letting your emotions get involved. And worse, how to moderate boards at times like these. Geez, I can remember the unmoderated days of UseNetNews before there was the World Wide Web. It was brutal with trolls and flame wars. Moderated boards are wonderful. So, just keep in mind that theirs is a tough job. Oh, and BTW, I had postie deleted. and so it goes, peace, rono
I think the moderators on cointalk do a fantastic job. Best moderated forum I've seen. I belong to several electronics forums. I gave up on one of the most popular because there were too many flame wars, lots of politics, nationalism, and too much cursing. Cal
