Amisos, Pontos (possibly)

I have had this for a couple of years and had it down as Amisos, Pontos, but I am not too sure. The monograms are hard to see. Are there other places in Pontos that these were minted? I seem to remember something from another thread, but I can't find it now. Any suggestions?

We've seen a lot of this design lately, but I am unable to tell you where it's from. Pontos would be my guess as well.

Since ΣΟ visible on your coin's reverse right field, I also peg it as Amisos.

Yes, Amisos. Probably the most common type of the city. Getting them in high grade is hard. Those are adjustment marks, not cleaning scratches.

 

What are adjustment marks??

 

if i understand it correctly, the flan was tad heavy..so they scraped some metal off.
