I spoke to my mum on the phone on saturday morning and told her amongst other things that my brother steve was coming to ours for a bbq that evening. She told me to bark at him when he arrived and I thought senility was setting in.... I thought my brother would stop embarrassing me when he reached adulthood....... it seems not!

He always takes his uniform to the US when he visits our relatives in ridgefield and rides with the local officers. He's been doing it for years .....He loves the states.

Anyway , might make you chuckle!

That's kinda funny, because sometimes my dog will pretend that it's a cop!!

... okay fine ... it's not actually my dog (but kinda cute, eh?)

  9. It's the oddest thing. In my dispatching experience, suspects are more likely to respond to the threat of a dog than a gun. Quick, someone post an Argos. I don't have any.

I recall once there was a discussion if the 'lion' on this coin of Domitius Ahenobarbus was actualyy a war dog of a specific breed used in the region of the moneyer's family ties. At that time I was not particularly interested in Republicans and do not recall details. Does anyone have information on this?
