I am 24, living in St. George, UT. I am an Emergency Medical/911 Dispatcher for the City of St. George. I have been collecting ancients since I was 17. I use purchasing ancients in lieu of life savings or a 401K. I spend about %20 of what I make on ancients. I figure the "ancient desire" is always increasing amongst individuals; ergo, supply and demand shall take effect. Ever increasing my ancient coin collection value at a substantial rate similar to that of interest. I would really enjoy ancient numismatics as a profession. I just don't have the resources or a proper location to develop my life's passion into employment. There is one coin shop in St. George. On average, All Good Inc. carries an average of 6 ancients at a time. (constantine era) :( If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Ancient coins strike my interest in that they supply physical and historical evidence that lays a secure foundation for my faith as a Christian. Without historical or physical evidence I believe finding myself as a Christian would be anything but present as a natural skeptic.

I also have a fairly sizeable United States Currency Collection. Ranging from current to about 1850. I started that collection when I was five. I have recently lost interest due to the lack of history and differences between United States Currency. (Most definitely arguable.)

Like I said previously, any questions - Feel free to ask.

    - Mike Higley

Ps. For those of you interested in my last name "Higley" and coincidentally "Colonial American Coins,".... The answer is Yes. John and Samuel Higley are my direct descendants - The creators of the Higley coins or Grandby Coppers. And yes... I do have one "Value Me As You Please" It is in a safety deposit box and it is ugly.

Anient Coins, United States Currency, Biblical History, Video Games, Backpacking, German Shepherds, and Sports.
