Ok my new nickname is "The Blind Vammer" because I seem to have a knack for bind-cherrypicking cool vams especially prominent die gouges apparently i.e. my blind 1b6 thornhead cherrypick a few months back I grabbed a few Peace dollars for $20 per and didn't even notice the big die gouge. Must have been the bad florescent lights at the lcs, yeah that's it lol. Although I wasn't looking for vams, I just needed mylar flips, but they were priced right obviously so I snatched em up So, whatcha think on grade? I see it as a solid 64 minimum but does it have a shot at 65 as that's where the real $$ is? My peace grading is 90% morgan knowledge... Aside from a few scattered bag marks this girl is pretty clean especially the main focal areas and fields, and the strike seems very strong.
Cool Vam, and one that I have owned in the past. How did you not see that?? As far as the thornhead goes, I am still searching for that one, you dirty dog you
Yeah, you suck. I just noticed that the field in front of Teresa's nose looks somewhat sunken and the plate coins on the VAMworld listing appear to have the same.
Here's my 1b6 thread Heavycam, but be forewarned that viewing the coin without a large beach towel or a full roll of Bounty is not advised https://www.cointalk.com/threads/1921s-toned-1b6.270168/#post-2280858
@Cascade I don't think it will make 65. The marks above her eye and on her neck should be stoppers. Chris
