I bought one group of 5 sets. On the reverse proof dimes I got 2 PF70's and 3 PF69's. On the proof dimes I got 4 PF70'S UC and 1 PF69 UC. On the dollars I got all 5 PF70 UC.

Just thought everyone would like to start to get a sense of the quality.

Pretty good getting all those coins out of just one set. The mint really must have messed up by sending you 5 of each, instead of the 1 supposed to be in one set ;)

Looks like the mint is finally taking QC seriously . Downside is , if they keep this up 70s won't be worth much of a premium and 69s will be considered average with 68s trash .

  8. Congrats! You should profit nicely from this set. :greedy: TC

Yeah, congrats! Based on the other discussions here, I was kind of fearing the worst for your blind submission. Glad it worked out for you!

I too, was expecting a couple lower than 69. I know mine is a small sampling, but I wonder if the reverse proof 70's will be the hardest to come by.

All the dollars in my sets looked perfect too but the dimes were a completely different story. I'm sending two sets back because the issues on the dimes weren't acceptable. In fact I may send four sets back once I take another look later today at the 'dot' under OF W Proof ones and decide whether or not they're worth hanging onto.

The pictures I took of some of the issues can be found in my posts in this other dimes thread if anyone is interested.

Did you get the special label attributions and ER designaions or PCGS FS the cut off date is june 3 2015 for NGC and its doesn't matter with pcgs as long as the box is unopened and post dated within 30 days of launch .
