If you guys haven't seen them yet, there are pages that you can put into binders that hold coin slabs! http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-ALBUM-PAG...088?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item51c6039368 Do you guys know if there are similar pages that hold 5 oz slabs?? I want to maybe buy a 5 oz bullion coin in the future but would like to put it into a binder. let me know!
I bought some of these pages. I would just warn you that the pages don't always stay closed. This causes the slabs to fall out. Maybe others have had more luck with them. The weight of the slabs caused my pages to open because the pegs did not hold.
Thanks for the warning. I certainly hope mine works out! Maybe I can use clear tape around the edges if there is a problem
Honestly, I prefer the Littleton slab albums as they have an all around enclosure to hold the coins from falling out. Pricey but worth the safety.
Yeah! I have 5 large medals slabbed in them. Each slab is 7-5/8"H x 5-7/8"W x 11/16"D. It is also possible to get standard size slabs in the 11/16" depth for high relief coins & medals. Some of my ANA Convention medals are slabbed in these. Chris
I got the pages a while ago. I have no problems with them! My only complaint is they look cheap but they get the job done!
