    Hi Everyone,

Has anyone bought this coin? If so are you using an air-tite capsule to store it? Can you use the same capsule that you would for the american eagle? The eagle has a slight larger diameter but the is only 2.9mm thick. This coin is 4.5mm thick.

According to the air-tite site the H40.6 capusel has an inside depth of 3.17mm and outside thickness of 5.4mm. Seems like the coin might be too thick. Anyone have any experience with this coin?

    Thanks!!

If you compare it to the silver Maple it may fit just not real tight. I think I remember Air tites mentioning this about Silver Maples on the site. Compare it to that. Still may be too thick for it.

Well I have capsules for both silver eagles & maple leafs. So when I get the coin I'll try both

I received the coin today and used the air-tite capsules for the silver maple leaf. The diameter was fine but the coin was a little too thick. So it doesn't close completely but seems to have closed enough to hold the coin. I'll have to be careful with them. If anyone knows of an capsules that might hold these type of coins I'd be very grateful for the information.
