Hey i just wanted to as about this coin. I just bought a 1 oz silver Kiwi in a New Zealand blister type pack. The coin is a BU coin. I looked on ebay and I was surprised by how much the one coin went for, their are not a lot of listings for it. The coin looks sharp.

    how about a picture?

I don't recall what it looks like.

It would be really hard to tell the value without seeing the coin first.

Silver and gold NZ coins always are sold at a very high premium (they are sold through the NZ postal service). They are issued more as commemerative coins than bullion.

I'll try to get some pics tomorrow. I've been searching on the internet for mintages but have not been able to find much on the series.

Great looking coin but dang, that's quite a premium.

I paid spot plus a small amount but I just like the coin and want to know more about the series.
