Do you know about this defaced coin?

    Defacing coinage is leagel or illeagl.I don't know about this.But I am surprised to see a coin defaced. View attachment 4

    Err well you can buy things with genuine coins but I don't see why someone would draw all over a coin.... I think if it covers the queens face then it's unnacceptable.

    As far as I know, defaced currencies comes under the jurisdiction of the United States Secret Service. It is done so to make the coin unfit for circulation.

    Despite my feelings about defacing our currency, which helps drive inflation even more so, it does look pretty cool.

    creepy, but good way for people to buy illegal goods.

    It annoys me when I get given a defaced coin, incase I try using it and I get refused for it.

    Wow I would love to come across some of those. More for the artwork rather than the money value. I would hold on to those.
