Asian demand for Gold seems to be falling off

    But why are you assuming only pm is a store of value? I made a heck of a lot more, with much lower volatility, with farmland than with pm, and I bought most of my silver at $4. Pm is good for hiding some cash, it's best for that I grant you, but a safe investment that grows? It's not the best as that. You talk about Asia, and I have talked about it here a lot since my wife is Thai. Yes, they like gold since it historically has held its value. You know what they value above all else though? Land.

    How would you get in on that though? I would think that the shares would be near impossible to get for the average guy on the street. Also, what is you angle on the Asian market? It will be a US IPO so are you thinking the Asian market will just ride the wave? Possibly pick up an Asian ETF? The has also been a lot of talk about the backdoor play of buying Yahoo and Soft Bank which owns over 50% of AB combined, but both those issues are up near 100% this year so they would make me a bit nervous? Were you looking at that a possibility?
