Do you want the case just for storage/protection of surface, or do you want a hard case as a display for people to handle? If it is the first, I made wooden blocks the size of the bars, and took them with me to Walmart and several 99 cent stores, and found small zip lock bags and hard clear plastic storage cases in Walmart beading area, and ones big enough for many in the 99 cent kitchenware section. Harbor freight also has some cases for nuts, screws, etc. If it for display, each bar will probably be different, as a need for conformity is hard to imagine. Some importers and ebay/Alibaba are probably your best bet. Ziplocks work great for safes and SDB.
