I assume these are representations of two of the twelve signs of the Zodiac -- Leo (the lion) and Gemini (the twins)? They could be from anywhere.
They look like little charms you attach on a inexpensive bracelet. Nothing fancy nor any reason to think they are associated with numismatics or are valuable. Is there something you left out of the thread that caused the inquiry?
