Purchased a roll of ASEs and 2 rolls of Peace dollars.

    Payment made: Dec 13th
Claimed to have shipped: Dec 16th

Items were shipped from Indiana to Illinois. Should not have taken this long to be delivered even with the Christmas rush. Last communication was on Dec 19th claiming he was looking for the receipt with tracking information. Have not heard anything since. Already filed a paypal claim. No response yet.

I still want to give him the benefit of the doubt and think that he's just been busy with Christmas stuff. I hope he'll see this message and respond either here or via PM with tracking information.

This clown has been advertising his fake bullion for months now. Feel free to check out the reputation he has out on the ngc forums.

With all due respect don't bother giving him the benefit of the doubt. If possible do all you canto obtain your money back immediately either by a paypal claim etc.

If that fails and things get desperate like they did with a scammer I had to deal with use a reverse ipo lookup on his email address. Figure out his actual address from there and proceed with caution

What's an ipo? Do you mean IP or ISP and if you do there's no such thing as a reverse look up using emails...If you had his IP addy the best you could do is figure out who his ISP is and you would need a warrant to get a psychical addy from the ISP.

An IPO is an initial public offering for stock in a corporation.. I think he means IP # which will do little good without a warrant... oh... you already said that ..oops

Glad somebody called this to my attention and take full blame.

Go to your local pawn shop from now on, stay away from ebay, I think I've heard that on CT before, good luck you'll need it

This "bullion" has been advertised on multiple sites for quite a number of months. Let's just say I'm skeptical.

VPR - Where did you see this "listing" and purchase from? Keep us updated.

Thanks for the support guys. He contacted me and said he'd provide a refund. Purchased from right here. There was an ad here a couple of weeks ago.

Report him to CT, and stay on top of your refund, he already lied by selling you something he never owned

Don't be too patient waiting for the refund. I'm curious about what supposedly happened to the coins you purchased.

Although I'm not familiar with the Paypal claims process, I would suggest that you keep that claim "open". I would also suggest that you let a Cointalk staff member know about this experience.

Best of luck. . . Let us know what happens.

This CT member (and seller) was NARU'd from eBay back in 2009 for non-delivery. Redllama... is it that hard to get your act together? Someone pays, you ship. Pretty simple, actually.

Sorry Rick. . . You posted both of my suggestions as I was typing. Great minds think alike.:D

While sound advice, the stuff being sold needs to exist in order to be shipped.

I was giving Redllama the benefit of the doubt, though past history tells a different story. Multiple non-deliveries is unacceptable regardless of the venue.

I understand and agree with you. While I also prefer to give folks the benefit of the doubt, the history with this "seller" just throws up so many red flags. I hope I'm wrong.
