A co-worker who knows I buy silver offered me several of these but am not sure what to offer because I'm not familiar at all with them at all! Are they pure silver?... should I just weigh them and price accordingly? They are well worn so I doubt they have any numismatic value. I appreciate any insight.

They are not considered bullion, so if you post your inquiry in the "World And Ancient Coins" section, you are likely to get more help.

I would say buy them! Especially if they are anywhere near their value in silver. They are worth a lot more than that.
