APMEX has the 2011 5 oz Vicksburg silver pucks for $2.39 over spot per oz in any quantity. There is also potentially (if it still works) the free shipping code FREESHIP50 http://www.apmex.com/product/62510/2...litary-park-ms
5 oz quarters, its the best price I've seen on them, other than a deal that Tulving had once on them but you had to buy 500 oz worth to get that price. Here's the other side: The specs are on the side of the coin:
They've got the 2011 Olympic for 2.59 over spot in any quantity now: http://www.apmex.com/product/62425/2011-5-oz-silver-atb-olympic-national-park-wa
They are very nice...I will admit that...I'll also state that for you to have any return on investment potential, silver will need to go up... http://www.usmint.gov/about_the_mint/index.cfm?action=PreciousMetals&type=bullion click on atb...then by month...then 2o13...
$2.79 over for a couple different ones... http://www.providentmetals.com/bull...11-america-the-beautiful-5-oz-silver-atb.html
Yea the 2011's probably don't have too much potential to appreciate considerably in premium with their high mintages. Might have a better shot with the 2013's and lower mintages so far. Do you know if they are still minting the bullion 2013's that have already been released? White Mountain shows 35k minted, 25k for the other 3, and Rushmore hasn't been released yet. I have no idea whether we should expect those mintages to increase substantially or not.
I'm not sure if there's any investment potential but I just buy the ones I like. got the Grand Canyon, Gettysburg, Vicksburg, and Fort McHenry so far. for investment I just go plain bullion. if the ATBs gain a premium so much the better.
