Hey everyone, I have been trying to find the best places to buy 2013 uncirculated Silver Eagle's not in bulk. Here is what i've found. APMEX- Hovers around $25 with insane shipping for credit card purchases. Modern Coin Mart around $27 TheCoinWarehouse.com just under $27, but they have a code freeship for free shipping on orders over $100. I was looking to purchase 4 so this would be fine. Let me know what you guys think, I am leaning towards The Coin Warehouse, I have dealt with them before and there shipping is way quicker than Modern Coin Mart, they are also much nicer on the phone. I purchase from Modern Coin Mart on eBay and they ship quickly, but on their site they seem to take a while. Are there any other places out there, I am not willing to pay cash so remember the advantages offered from The Coin Warehouse not charging a premium for credit cards and the free shipping.
Don't buy when the premiums are $5.00. You are getting no benefit of the most recent drop in silver prices because the dealers have raised their premiums roughly the same amount as the price drop in silver. It isn't going to kill you financially since you are only buying four of them, but I wouldn't do it just on principle. Relax for a couple months and you might be able to buy five for what you would currently pay for four.

Did the math real quick on JMbullion if you buy 4 coins with shipping and the discount code. 2 prices, first is if you pay by check its $90.23 total or if you pay by credit card its $93.93 Thats with the coupon code TSBNET for $5 off
its the cheapest price available for a non bulk purchase, he said only 4 coins. so he has to pay more to get only 4 coins. you know that.
BTW JMbullion has a bulk price $22.20 so this is not really accurate that's a bulk purchase price, the price I posted from JMbullion is one of the cheapest out their period including shipping for smaller orders, and not including wholesale pricing from Meritgold which is even cheaper then the $22.20 you just quoted.
It seems as though premiums on bullion silver are higher when PMs are on the fall. i recently decided to buy into the silver market, and found the lowest premiums on 90% U.S. silver, if anyone can settle for that.
Why not just go to a LCS over the weekend? You might just find ASEs for about the same premium. You get the coins the same day!
