I could offer redwin the sum of $1 billion for his unique coin, but subject to the following conditions: 1. He brings the coin to me in person for inspection. 2. He pays me a non-refundable inspection fee of $1 million. 3. If I determine the coin is not worth a full $1 billion to me, the offer is null and void and I keep the inspection fee. Should redwin decline such an offer, then he could go around telling everyone that he's declined a $1 billion offer for his coin. Does that mean his precious coin is actually worth $1 billion? Does the allegedly declined offer of $7 million mean his coin must be worth more than $7 million? Of course not...
Ha Ha Ha! I don't do that at all ! My buyer will sent his BUTLER/Lawyer representatives just to pick up the coin with the present of Local government official that also will collect TAXES after payment is Clear! Only qualified Buyer will be entertain on their offers. For Now I do not entertain any offer Because it is NOT in the MARKET! I enjoy keeping it!
