possible problem with bullion purchase

I placed an order for some silver last friday and sent the cashiers check out the same day,,As of today they have not received it yet 5 business days later,,I am close to cancelling the check and paying with the card the difference between the card purchase price and the fee for the cashiers check is minimal...suggestions?

They have to get the check which if you sent in last Friday they may of not gotten it until Wednesday of this week, then they have to deposit and wait until it clears which with a cashiers check should be fairly quick. So it probably didnt ship until yesterday or today if I were to guess. Also with silver drop I know several places have delays in shipping. Don't you have a number or account to check the status?

The order number i was given when used to check status is the same since i placed the order "Your order is finalized, and we are now awaiting your paper check payment. Please mail a check for the order balance, payable to @@@@@@@@@...And has not changed..I called yesterday and today as well they do not have it and i went to the bank to see if they cashed it yet,,they did not..However one thing that i hope is not an issue is the website said ships from June 6th,,NOW it says ships from June 12th

Yes. I wouldn't be alarmed though. You should have purchased tracking while sending the check out.

 

I was running late,,left the wallet in teh truck and only had change in the pocket used that for the postage,,i am kicking myself for not getting tracking..I will be calling again tomorrow if the status has not changed from "waiting for payment"

 

Seriously relax. If they don't get it in the next week or so then you can cancel the check. It's not like they are going to cash the check and withhold the silver from you assuming they are a reputable company.

I don't see any red flags looking at their web site and searching the web for feedback. Unless you are looking to flip this bullion as soon as you receive it, then don't sweat it. Your price is locked in, so when you look in your safe a month from now, does it really matter if the bullion got to you on June 5th or June 14th? It's still the same amount of bullion, you still paid the same price for it, it's still worth the same amount, etc.

 

just marked paid,,,...But i got some FREE silver,Actually it was 2 days ago at the grocery store in the coinstar 1 1964 dime,!!! also in the bin was a 92 10 pence...

Me too, I had a 2 1/2 dollar gold Liberty Head go missing, DANG good it had tracking and insurance,,took a while to get my money back but i did

 

How long do you have to wait until you get your items? I've never heard of your vendor and when googling them found some interesting reviews.

 

Well considering my recent post,,it should ship on the 6th since that's what the item said when i placed the order,,now it says the 14th,,

 

also the email i received says to allow 10 full calender day for the payment to clear my checking account to theirs

 

I take it you have received your items by now. Wondering if you were satisfied with your order from them?
